1. A head mounted display device for displaying images from a mobile device, comprising:
a housing that secures an inserted mobile device, which fits on the head of a human viewer, the mobile device comprising a forward-facing side with a display; a reflecting surface, connected to the housing, that reflects images displayed by the mobile device display; one or more lenses, connected to the housing, that focuses the images reflected by the reflecting surface, and an eyepiece, connected to the housing, that reflects the images from the one or more lenses into the eye of the viewer.
