A phosphor powder wheel for a laser light source, the laser light source, and a laser projection display device. The phosphor powder wheel comprises a phosphor powder wheel substrate (41), and a phosphor which is excited by laser to produce fluorescence is attached to the front side of the phosphor powder wheel substrate (41); and a black marker (42) is marked on the back side of the phosphor powder wheel substrate (41). The black marker (42) serving to indicate an initial position of primary lights is moved to the back side of the phosphor powder wheel from a side surface of a motor (44), so that a distance between an inductor (43) and the phosphor powder wheel increases. The increased distance is sufficient to accommodate the sidewall of a sealing cavity (82) sealing the phosphor powder wheel. The inductor (43) can be isolated outside of the sealing cavity (82), so that the occurrence of a failure or performance degradation in the inductor (43) due to the impact from excessive temperatures is avoided. |
