Provided is an iterative structure extraction device including: an image feature extraction unit for extracting an image feature for each of a plurality of images photographed at one or more locations and to which mutually different photograph times are added; a time feature extraction unit for extracting, for each of the plurality of images, a time feature based on a cycle predetermined from the photograph time added to the image; and an iterative structure extraction unit for learning, on the basis of the image feature extracted for each of the plurality of images by the image feature extraction unit and the time feature extracted for each of the plurality of images by the time feature extraction unit, an iterative structure for mutual conversion between the time feature and an image feature component, the iterative structure being based on the correlation of a cyclic change between the image feature component and the time feature.
