A canister (10) according to the present invention is provided with a canister casing (12) having a tank port (23), a purge port (24), and an atmospheric port (30), and is also provided with an absorbent (14) that fills the interior of the canister casing (12). The canister casing (12) is constituted of a casing body (16), having peripheral walls (20) and an end wall (21), and a cover (18) having an end wall (26) that closes an opening end of the casing body (16). The end wall (21) of the casing body (16) has the tank port (23) and the purge port (24) that are arranged side-by-side in the horizontal direction. The end wall (26) of the cover (18) has the atmospheric port (30), a retainer tube (29) to which an OBD module (32) communicating with the atmospheric port (30) is attachable, and an attachment piece (44) attachable to a vehicle (38). |
