In an APS radiation detector, the detectable range for an output signal according to a charge accumulated in a pixel is widened. In a region in a signal output line (51) between a pixel (12) and a signal read-out circuit (21), a resistor (42) is connected which is set so as to draw, from the signal output line (51), a current that is substantially equivalent to a bias current that flows to an amplifier transistor (16) when the charge is not accumulated in a charge accumulation unit (14). |
