Provided is a 3D human body correction apparatus which is capable of correcting three-dimensional spinal deformities involving a rotation of a spine as well as two-dimensional spinal deformities in which the central line of the spine is curved sideways. A 3D human body correction apparatus, according to the present invention, comprises: a top support part which supports a top portion displaced relative to a normal state of both right and left side ends of a human body; an inclined belt part which is obliquely extended downward from the top support part and exerts tension in the opposite direction of a rotational displacement of the deformed top portion with respect to the top support part, wherein at least a part of the inclined belt part is composed of an elastic belt; a horizontal belt part which surrounds the human body in a horizontal direction and pressurizes the human body, wherein at least a part of the horizontal belt part is composed of an elastic belt; at least one cushion pad which is pressed towards the inside of the human body by means of at least a part of the horizontal belt part to pressurize a part of the human body; and a flexible skin which is disposed inside the inclined belt part and the horizontal belt part so as to contact the human body of a wearer and defines the relative position of the inclined belt part, the horizontal belt part, and the at least one cushion pad. |
