A construction block comprising: two or more support members, each support member having a first face and a second face opposite the first face and comprises a hollow between the first and second faces, said hollow having at least one opening facing in a direction transverse to a direction normal to the first and second faces, said opening being configured for receiving therethrough at least a portion of a tenon element allowing two such construction blocks to be mutually assembled using said tenon element via said openings; a frame arrangement connecting the two or more support members to each other, said frame arrangement having at least one external segment extending from at least one of the first and second faces in a direction away from the hollow; a first panel conterminous with the first faces of the two or more support members; and a second panel conterminous with the second faces of the two or more supports members; wherein at least a portion of the external segment of the frame arrangement is contained within one of the first and second panels. |
