The invention relates to a centrifugal device (1) for high-speed organization of loose materials. Said device includes: a vessel (2) for receiving the loose materials, a rotary plate (3) angled in relation to the axis of the vessel (2) and making up the bottom of the vessel, a vessel edge (4) that rotates in the same direction as the plate, defines a horizontal track coaxial to the vessel and extends along the periphery of the vessel, said vessel edge being located high on the highest point of the plate (3), thus defining in said location a region (ZT) for transferring centrifuged materials between the plate (3) and the vessel edge (4), said vessel edge (4) extending from said transfer region (ZT) to an outlet (S) of the device for the organized materials, a substantially vertical belt (5) which extends over the outer diameter of the vessel edge (4), is peripheral, and against which the materials on the vessel edge (4) are urged when exposed to the centrifugal force, and means for rotating the plate (3) and means for rotating the vessel edge (4). According to the invention, said device has an automatic unpacking system including: a member for creating packing, or a so-called "packing member", for defining a packing region by means of an abutment (7), a detection device (8) targeting the packing region, a deflecting flap (9) positioned between the transfer region (ZT) and the packing region (ZB), and an ejecting device (10) positioned in the packing region (ZB) and intended for releasing the materials stuck in the packing region (ZB). |
