A metal frame manufacturing method, comprising: providing a block of stainless steel plate (100) of a preset thickness; cutting the stainless steel plate (100) into a preset shape; forging the two sides (10) of the stainless steel plate (100) along the direction of length, such that the hardness reaches a preset value; implementing in-mould injection moulding of the stainless steel; and implementing precision manufacturing of the stainless steel. The present manufacturing method ensures the strength of the main stress-bearing parts of the metal frame, the thickness thereof reaching the thickness requirements for an ultra-thin mobile telephone. |
