The present invention relates to a heat insulation or cold insulation double plate and, more specifically, to a heat insulation or cold insulation double plate, which uses a lid capable of individually sealing accommodation spaces in which food is stored and preserved so as to prevent liquid of the food stored and preserved in the accommodation spaces from being introduced into any other adjacent accommodation spaces and to seal dually the inside of a storage container, thereby blocking the outflow of the liquid of the food to the outside of the storage container. The heat insulation or cold insulation double plate according to the present invention can comprise: a lower case made from a synthetic resin material and having an anti-slip part formed at the lower end thereof; the storage container made from a stainless material and inserted into the lower case; a heat insulating material provided and fixed to the lower case; and a lid positioned at the upper part of the storage container and coupled and fixed to the lower case so as to seal the inside of the storage container. |
