1. A self-dilating introducer device for vascular access into the human vascular system comprising:
a self-dilating catheter sheath introducer with a distally extending inner lumen joined to an external compliance coating/sheath; a hub with integrated seal and side port joined to said catheter sheath introducer body and having a distal end, a proximal end and a central orifice therethrough opening onto both said proximal end and said distal end along the central longitudinal centerline; a side port having a distal end, a proximal end and a central orifice therethrough opening onto both said proximal end and said distal end, said proximal end of said side port being in communication with said orifice in said central longitudinal orifice of said introducer hub body; a extension tube being joined to distal end of said side port; a purge valve being joined to the distill end of said side port extension tube; a dilating obturator with tubular body joined proximally to a luer fitting the tubular body which is flexible and which has a distal end, a proximal end and a central orifice or lumen therethrough opening onto both said proximal end and said distal end, said tabular body including a tapered distal tip;
