Disclosed are an electric-power on/off mechanism and a mobile terminal having said electric-power on/off mechanism; said electric-power on/off mechanism comprises a switch unit and a card holder; said card holder is used for accommodating various function cards; said switch unit is arranged on a power-on circuit between a battery and a function module; one side of said card holder is provided with a card withdrawal hole; said switch unit is arranged at the bottom of the card withdrawal hole; when a card withdrawal tool is inserted into the card withdrawal hole, said switch unit is powered off. According to the electric-power on/off mechanism of the present invention and the mobile terminal having said electric-power on/off mechanism, rapid restart of a mobile terminal is accomplished; furthermore, the structure is simple and does not cause permanent damage to the other hardware in the mobile terminal. |
