The present invention enables accurate measurement of RSRP, RSRQ and the like in an LAA cell. This terminal device is provided with: a higher layer processing unit in which a physical quantity setting (quantityConfig) and objects to be measured (Measurement objects) are set; and a measurement unit which, on the basis of the physical quantity setting and the objects to be measured, performs measurement for a first frequency and a second frequency, wherein the physical quantity setting includes at least a first filtering coefficient used for the measurement for the first frequency, and a second filtering coefficient used for the measurement for the second frequency.
