Provided are a multimedia live broadcast method, apparatus and system. The method comprises: in response to a request received from a speaker terminal for acquiring a first multimedia live broadcast stream, sending the first multimedia live broadcast stream to the speaker terminal; receiving a second multimedia live broadcast stream from the speaker terminal, wherein the second multimedia live broadcast stream is generated by adding speaking information into the first multimedia live broadcast stream by the speaker terminal; and sending the second multimedia live broadcast stream to a viewing user terminal so as to realize multimedia live broadcast.
