Provided are a robot instruction processing method and device, comprising: receiving a user instruction (101); determining a type of the instruction, wherein the type of the instruction comprises an unconditioned reflex instruction and a conditioned reflex instruction (102); if the instruction is the conditioned reflex instruction, querying the conditioned reflex instruction in a native instruction set (103); and if the conditioned reflex instruction does not exist in the native instruction set, sending the conditioned reflex instruction to a cloud (104). The method, after receiving a user instruction and determining a type of the user instruction, sends to the cloud a conditioned reflex instruction not existing in a native instruction set and to be processed by the cloud. The present invention is not limited to local resources, thereby enabling a robot to achieve more complicated tasks, and further improving humanoid capabilities of the robot. |
