A partially hydrogenated block copolymer according to the present invention is a partially hydrogenated block copolymer that includes: polymer blocks (A) in which the major components thereof are vinyl aromatic monomer units; and polymer blocks (B) containing conjugated diene monomer units. In a differential molecular weight distribution (B) of decomposition products of the partially hydrogenated block copolymer obtained by ozonolysis, when the height of the maximum peak in a range of molecular weights from 800 to 3000 is defined as a hydrogenation ratio distribution H, this H ranges from 0.01 to 0.5.
