Provided are a channel negotiation method, a transmission node and a receiving node. The channel negotiation method in the present invention comprises: sending a request message to at least one receiving node, wherein the request message comprises indication information about a sub-channel corresponding to each receiving node; receiving a response message sent by the receiving node on the sub-channel corresponding to the receiving node of an available channel of the receiving node; and determining the available channel of the receiving node according to the response message. The present invention can realize channel negotiation of multi-users.
