Provided are a base mounting structure and a display device. The base mounting structure comprises: a main support (100) which is fixed on one side face of a first device (400); a base (200) comprising a pedestal part (201) arranged below the first device in a supporting manner and a supporting stand column (202) which is connected above the pedestal part and is relative to the main support, wherein the supporting stand column comprises a first end far away from the pedestal part and a second end connected to the pedestal part; and a cushion block (300) which is movably arranged between the supporting stand column and the main support. The distance between the supporting stand column and the main support is gradually reduced from the first end to the second end, and when the cushion block is moved between the first end and the second end, the relative positions between the supporting stand column and the main support are changed, such that the relative positions of the pedestal part and the first device are changed. |
