Electronic device built specifically for wearable monitoring system of vital signs and/or parameter concerning the state of health and/or the physical activity of an individual. The electronic device is composed by a processing and control unit, consisting in a multilayer electronic board (PCB), having a plurality of modules and sensor mounted on it. The plurality of sensors and modules include a physical interface for the connection with the wearable system and a system of electrodes attached to the individual body, a storage unit, timing module, and microcontroller, integrated circuit for conditioning and analog signal filtering and amplification able to get information on the health condition. The sensors include also inertial, temperature, localization sensors.
