Bra liner including a substantially planar body including a left triangular portion, a right triangular portion and a central portion between the left and right triangular portions. The central portion includes a flap separated from the left and right triangular portions and optionally one or more apertures. The left and right triangular portions also optionally include one or more apertures. The flap is foldable about a center line of the body. The body includes absorbent material. To form the left and right triangular portions, an elongate slit is present between the central portion and each of the left and right triangular portions. The slits extend downward from an upper edge of the body and inward toward the center line.

a substantially planar body including a left portion, a right portion and a central portion between said left and right portions, said central portion including a flap separated from said left and right portions, said flap being foldable about a center line of said body; said body comprising absorbent material.
