A manufacturing method of manufacturing an array and color filter integrated-type liquid crystal display and a structure of an array and color filter integrated-type liquid crystal display. The manufacturing method comprises: fabricating a color filter layer (30) on a first protection layer (25), removing, by a wet etching process, the color filter layer (30) in an area above a gate (21) and a source or drain (24), and then depositing a second protection layer (40) to cover the color filter layer (30) and the first protection layer (25); forming a pixel electrode (50) on the second protection layer (40), configuring the pixel electrode (50) to contact the source or drain (24) via a through hole (45) passing through the second protection layer (40) and the first protection layer (25); filling a black matrix material in the area where the color filter layer (30) is removed via the wet etching process; and simultaneously fabricating, by a slit diffraction mask, a black matrix (60) and a spacer (70) thereon and forming an integral part of the black matrix (60). The embodiments of the invention can increase an aperture ratio, prevent bubbles, save a photo mark, and reduce a manufacturing cost. |
