Provided is a health implement for shoulders, which can alleviate shoulder pain while not causing wasting of muscles through use, and which is provided with: a pad having a size corresponding to an armpit; a case to and from which at least one pad is attachable and detachable; and a shoulder strap attached to the case. The pad has a thickness equal to or more than 0.25 cm, and a single or multiple pieces of the pad are preferably mountable to the case. The pad can be made from a cloth, a resin, wood, a ceramic, or a metal. The case preferably has a thickness less than 3 cm at the thickest portion when a single piece of the pad is mounted. The case preferably has a pocket in which the pad is to be housed or a hook-and-loop fastener to which the pad is to be attached. The case can be made from a fiber or a resin. The strap may be placed on either one of the shoulders. In addition, an adherence part to be adhered to a wearer or to clothing thereof may be provided instead of the strap. |
