A photovoltaic module failure risk determination method, mainly comprising the following steps: determining a malfunction mode of a photovoltaic module; respectively evaluating, by a specialist team, an evaluation level of evaluation index factors related to the malfunction mode, and according to the evaluation result building a malfunction mode fuzzy determination matrix; according to a hierarchical analysis method, building a related evaluation index factor weight set; according to the fuzzy determination matrix and the weight set, calculating a composite risk evaluation factor for each malfunction mode; and according to the composite risk evaluation factor, determining a failure risk for a malfunction mode. The invention realizes objective and meaningful index evaluation, and by utilizing a fuzzy composite determination and adopting a hierarchical analysis method to perform weight assignment, realizes a risk evaluation index having continuous quantification and weighting, and upon application to photovoltaic module failure risk analysis, effectively addresses quantitative sorting deficiencies and duplication in a FMECA method, enabling analysis to better match reality, and increasing the reliability of photovoltaic module failure risk analysis results. |
