The present invention relates to the field of internet. Provided are a multimedia file uploading method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: playing a first multimedia file; recording a user behavior event relevant to the first multimedia file in the process of playing the first multimedia file to obtain a second multimedia file; compounding the first multimedia file and the second multimedia file to obtain a third multimedia file; and uploading the third multimedia file in a fragmentation manner in the compounding process. According to the technical solution provided by the present invention, the compounding process and uploading process of the third multimedia file are executed in parallel, and the uploading time of a multimedia file is shortened, thereby improving the uploading efficiency of the multimedia file. |
