The present invention relates to a biomarker for diagnosis of drug addiction and a kit for diagnosis of drug addiction. The biomarker for diagnosis of drug addiction and the kit for diagnosis of drug addiction according to the present invention can determine drug addition by using a molecular biological method. Especially, it was molecular biologically established how microRNA functions in the human brain due to drug addiction, and it was established that the microRNA is delivered to blood or serum using exosomes as a delivery unit. Therefore, the problem, in which even though the change in the microRNA expression aspect in the brain is confirmed, only the change in the expression aspect in the brain was difficult to directly and simply apply in the clinical trials, was solved. |
