A cover system is described for an open-top container body), comprising an array of centerings for supporting a covering tarpaulin, wherein each centering has two feet in contact with, and sliding on, the upper edge of opposite walls of the body, and a swinging arm, hinged on the centering placed at the head of the array, called head centering, so as to be able to lower and cover with a portion of tarpaulin one end of the body. To move the arm without torsions on the centerings there is an abutment element integral with the body destined to collide with an element connected to the arm in order to lower the arm when the head centering moves toward the position of the tarpaulin stretched over the body. |
