PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an item or a category by adjusting priority of price in information selection in accordance with lapse time from predetermined time.SOLUTION: A price influence degree calculation part: acquires each piece of price information concerned with an identifier for identifying an item or an identifier for identifying a category determined in each item; and calculates a price influence degree obtained by inputting the price information to a price influence function for each identifier by using the price influence function. An information selection part preferentially selects the identifier having a large selection index determined on the basis of the price influence degree from the identifiers whose price influence degrees are calculated. The price influence degree calculation part sets a characteristics of the price influence function in accordance with a lapse time from the predetermined time point and calculates the price influence degree. |
