PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of appropriately providing information to a creator or an approver of document data.SOLUTION: Document data is created by arranging parts data used for creating the document data in a predetermined template. A layout state of the parts data contained in the created document data is displayed. A use start date of the parts data and a display format of the parts data before a use start date are stored, and when the parts data before the use start date is used in the document data, display control of the parts data is performed in accordance with the display format.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
