PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee maker capable of sufficiently bringing out the taste of coffee by sufficiently steaming coffee powder in the whole interior of a dripper.SOLUTION: A coffee maker 100 includes: a tank 1; a pump 2; a boiler; a discharge port 4; and control means ECU for performing a steaming process for steaming coffee powder C in a dripper D and an extraction process for dropping hot water to the coffee powder C in the dripper D after the steaming process and extracting coffee. The steaming process includes: a steam discharge process for discharging steam to the coffee powder C from the discharge port 4; a hot water discharge process for discharging hot water to the coffee powder C from the discharge port 4 after the steam discharge process; and a holding process for holding the coffee powder C in the dripper D. |
