PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, an information processing program, a recording medium storing the information processing program, an information providing device, an information providing method, an information providing program and a recording medium storing the information providing program that can learn a waiting time at a predetermined position and can make efficient use of the waiting time when a plurality of moving bodies move to the predetermined position.SOLUTION: A server 10 acquires current location information on each of a plurality of moving bodies from a communication part 12 and information on a destination for which the plurality of moving bodies head from a representative moving body 20. A control part 11 calculates an arrival time difference between an arrival time of the moving body lastly arriving at the destination of the plurality of moving bodies and the arrival times of other moving bodies on the basis of the acquired current location information and information on the destination, and outputs the arrival time difference to the plurality of moving bodies from the communication part 12. |
