PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot management system without a lock plate that makes each parking lot have a loading/unloading management function and enable processing for a fraudulent vehicle.SOLUTION: Loading and unloading of a vehicle is managed by a loading/unloading management device. When a fraudulent unloading not paying a parking fee occurs, data including date and time at the time of loading and the amount of fee is recorded associating it with a vehicle number in a fraudulent unloading database of a fraudulent unloading server connected with the loading/unloading management device by a communication network. The fraudulent unloading server sends a fraudulent unloading list and the loading/unloading management device holds it, searches for history of fraudulent unloading for a loaded vehicle, and transmits loading of the fraudulent unloading vehicle together with the vehicle number to the fraudulent unloading server. The fraudulent unloading server notifies a predetermined contact destination of the vehicle number and data associated with the vehicle number and recorded in the fraudulent unloading vehicle database. |
