PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper including a flexible film formed of a rubber-like elastic body, a tubular surrounding wall made of hard resin, and a cover body which closes one end of the surrounding wall and fixes another end either to a support body or a supported body, having a fixing structure which fixes an end portion of the flexible film in press-contact between the surrounding wall and the cover body, and disposed between the support body and the supported body to damp vibration of the supported body, while reducing noise.SOLUTION: A flexible film 15 includes: a bellows part 15b formed from a mounting recess 15a to a surrounding wall 14; an extension part 15c which extends from the bellows part 15b to a cover body 16 along the surrounding wall 14, and moves in contact with/away from the surrounding wall 14 when vibrated; and a protrusion 15d which protrudes from the extension part 15c in a flange shape, and is brought into pressure contact between the surrounding wall 14 and the cover body 16. On surfaces of the surrounding wall 14 and the extension part 15c in contact therewith, an uneven crimp surface is formed. |
