PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and a voice adjustment method which can adjust voice of a communication partner to be easily heard.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises: a processing unit 35 which processes voice on the basis of an adjustment value; a receiver 23 or a speaker 24 which outputs the voice processed by the voice processing unit 35; a storage unit 34 which stores identification information for uniquely identifying a terminal; and a control unit 36 which, when the adjustment value is changed while processing voice from the uniquely identified terminal, stores the changed adjustment value in association with the identification information. |
