PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily preparing a large amount of micro stem cells necessary in detailed analysis or applied research regarding micro stem cells.SOLUTION: There is provided a segregation method of a micro stem cell in which the micro stem cell is segregated by using ossein as a material. In the method, a marker by immunostaining of an ossein-derived micro stem cell segregates a micro stem cell by using at least one type selected from a group consisting of stem cell marker positive, hemocyte system cell marker negative, apoptosis marker negative, vascular endothelial cell marker positive, and dead cell marker negative as an indicator. |
