PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane elastic fiber having less thread breakage during a spinning process, and excellent in dyeability, washing fastness and heat-setting property.SOLUTION: A polyurethane elastic fiber contains a polyurethane polymer (A component), a compound represented by a specific chemical formula having a tertiary nitrogen group at a terminal group and having a molecular weight of 300 or more and less than 2000 (B component) and a specific phenolic antioxidant (C component), and has contents of the B component and the C component of 0.01 to 8 mass% and 0.01 to 5 mass% respectively based on the A component and a pts.wt. ratio of the C component to the B component, C/B of 0.03 to 30. |
