PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device for appropriately determining a type related to a predetermined inspection event, an inspection method, and a program.SOLUTION: An inspection device comprises: a feature vector extraction unit 104 for extracting a feature vector of image information on an inspection object; a type determination unit 105 for acquiring a plurality of determination results by determining a type to which the feature vector is belonging; a display control unit 109 for, when the plurality of results include a result which is not matched with the others, displaying an image corresponding to the image information on a display device 500; a teacher data addition unit 110 for associating a feature vector corresponding to the image displayed on the display device 500 with a type input through an input device 500 to add as new teacher data; and a learning processing unit 112 for re-learning a determination reference corresponding to each of a plurality of type determination algorithms including the added teacher data. |
