PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve abrasion resistance to attain long service life.SOLUTION: Inner plates 11, 11, ..., and outer plates 13, 13, ... are alternately connected in a bendable manner through bushes 12 and pins 14, and a roller 15 is mounted to each bush 12 in a rotatable manner. In the bush 12, a sintered metal is impregnated with lubricant. In the pin 14, a composite plating film of electroless Ni plating in which diamond particles are dispersed evenly is formed on its surface. |
