摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a disc-shaped forging which has no restrictions in size of a forging target material that can be substantially forged even when the capacity of a press machine is constant.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a disc-shaped forging comprises the step of multiple radiation forging for carrying out radiation forging by two or more rounds from the outer periphery of a disc-shaped forging target material toward the center thereof by using a lower anvil, which can mount the disc-shaped forging target material of initial diameter D and initial height H(≤D) and is rotatable around a single spindle, and an upper anvil, which can draft the forging target material by moving up and down on the single spindle with respect to the forging target material and is movable toward the center of the lower anvil. After the step of multiple radiation forging, the method may include another step which is to cross-forge an unworked part remaining in the center of the forging target material.
