PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that relieves chores of a user for petro filling by automating a petro filling application procedure by a user in car sharing.SOLUTION: A car sharing server has attribute data and the like on a member user eligible for car sharing preliminarily stored in a member database. A computer program to be run in a car sharing server performing transmission and reception of information to and from an on-vehicle device of a shared car mounted to the shared car for use in the car sharing is configured to execute: a data reception procedure that receives member data and a petro residual amount data on the shared car from the on-vehicle device of the shared car; a privilege applicability determination procedure that determines whether or not a privilege is applicable to the member user by using the data received by the data reception procedure and the member database; and a data transmission procedure that transmits a determination result by the privilege applicability procedure to the on-vehicle device of the shared car. |
