PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway vehicle body which effectively improves rigidity of the vehicle body against cross-sectional deformation by a simple and small scale constitution.SOLUTION: A railway vehicle body comprises: an underframe 110 which constitutes a cabin floor part 111; a side framing 120 which extends from a side end part of the underframe to a higher position; a bench 210 which is provided to protrude from a surface part of the side framing in the side of the cabin, and disposed along a vehicle longitudinal direction ; and a wing partition 220 which is provided at an end part of the bench in the vehicle longitudinal direction. The railway vehicle body includes a wing partition floor part connection member 300 which is provided to connect an inner end part of the wing partition in a vehicle width direction with the cabin floor part. |
