The invention provides a brewing device for alcoholic beverage. A heating and cooling device (2) is arranged on the bottom portion of a thermal-insulating outer container (1). A fermentation and curing container (4) is arranged in the thermal-insulating outer container (1) in a freely installed and freely dismounted mode. An opening-closing cover (6) seals the thermal-insulating outer container (1). A pouring bolt (7) is installed on the lower portion of the fermentation and curing container (4). A gap (S1) is kept between the outer circumference surface of the fermentation and curing container (4) and the inner circumference surface of the thermal-insulating outer container (1). A gap (S2) is kept between the outer bottom surface of the above fermentation and curing container (4) and the inner bottom surface of the thermal-insulating outer container (1). Thus the overall temperature of the container which performs fermentation and curing can reach a constant temperature, and the cleaning of the container which has carried out fermentation and curing is simple and easy. |
