PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee arranging machine which is enabled, by the reverse movements of a moving cover member disposed at a discharge position deflecting mechanism to and from a popping rotor, to discharge and guide the mud popped by the popping rotor selectively onto a ridge at one side position or at the other side position, and to arrange the ridge at one side position or at the other side position by one of paired ridge arranging members, so that the treating portions left unarranged can be easily arranged without leaving any unarranged portion.SOLUTION: A levee arranging mechanism 7 comprises: a discharge position deflecting mechanism 9 capable of releasing and guiding the mud Mpopped up by the rotation of a popping rotor 8 in one direction N, selectively onto a ridge W at one side position R or the other side position L; and a movable cover member 12 mounted on the discharge position deflecting mechanism and made movable to and from a popping rotor. |
