PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a feed injector capable of producing a feed injector used for a fluidization catalytic cracker easily and at high precision.SOLUTION: A raw material oil feed pipe 12 apparently with an L shape is produced, further, an upper body 11a and a lower body 11b divided at the lower position of an opening part 14 introducing the raw material oil feed pipe 12 are individually produced at the body 11, the horizontal straight pipe part 12c of the raw material oil feed pipe is inserted from the opening at the divided side of the upper body 11a and is extended from the opening part 14 to the outside, next, in a state where a vertical straight pipe part 12a is made incident with the axial line of the upper body, a cap covering the opening part 14 is joined to the upper body 11a and the horizontal straight pipe part 12c to fix the raw material oil feed pipe 12 to the upper body 11a, next, the lower body 11b is positioned as the vertical straight pipe part 12a of the raw material oil feed pipe 12 is inserted from the opening at the divided side to the inside, and the divided edge parts with the upper body 11a are joined each other so as to be integrated. |
