A server for use in an electronic coupon management system includes a processor, a storage device, and a communication interface. The server stores a plurality of electronic coupons, each electronic coupon including attribute information corresponding to target customer attributes. The server also stores a plurality of customer identification records, each customer identification record including an identification of a customer and attribute information of the customer. The server identifies, for each electronic coupon, a group of customers for which the corresponding attribute information matches the attribute information in the corresponding electronic coupon. The server receives a request for one or more coupons. The server transmits to the user terminal, in response to the request, one or more of the electronic coupons for which the attribute information stored in the customer identification record corresponding to the customer identification in the request matches the attribute information in the corresponding electronic coupon. |
