(Object) To solve defects of a common acryl adhesive, an adhesive composition not using a tin compound and making prompt cross-linking, and an adhesive layer and an adhesive sheet formed by using the same are provided. (Solution) The adhesive composition includes 100 parts by weight of (A) an acryl polymer containing a hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group, (B) 0.1 to 15 parts by weight of an isocyanate cross-linking agent, (C) 0.002 to 0.5 parts by weight of a catalyst with iron as active center, and (D) a compound performing a keto-enol tautomerism. The weight ratio (D/C) of the compound performing the keto-enol tautomerism (D) with respect to the catalyst with iron as an active center (C) is 3 to 70. |
