PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement sectional drive of various production devices by implementing synchronous drive even when a change gear ratio of a change gear is any arbitrary K/M.SOLUTION: While a motor is operated in forward rotation, motor rotation phase feedback is monitored. Each time the motor is once rotated, motor virtual rotation count feedback is counted up one by one. Therefore, a result of logically AND-calculating the motor virtual rotation count feedback and (motor change gear ratio M-1) is defined as new motor change gear ratio rotation count 1 feedback. While the motor is operated in backward rotation, a motor change gear ratio rotation count 1FB detector monitors motor rotation phase feedback. Each time the motor is once rotated, the motor virtual rotation count feedback is counted down one by one. Thereafter, a result of logically AND-calculating the motor virtual rotation count feedback and (motor change gear ratio M-1) is defined as new motor change gear ratio rotation count 1 feedback. The motor change gear ratio rotation count one feedback ranging from 0 to (M-1) is detected. |
