PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular shift device capable of securing safety while improving layout property.SOLUTION: A shift device is configured in such a manner that when an operation member is displaced forward by a first operation amount for a reference time or more for R, a shift range is switched to a reverse range; when displaced backward by a second operation amount for a reference time or more for D, the shift range is switched to a drive range; when displaced in a vehicle width direction by a third operation amount for a reference time for N, the shift range is switched to a neutral range. When the third operation amount is smaller than the first operation amount and the second operation amount, the reference time for N is longer than the reference time for R and the reference time for D, a vehicle is in a hill-climbing state and an accelerator pedal is step-in operated, the reference time for N is made longer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
