The invention provides a device used for manufacturing rubber of tires. By using the device, the cracking of the rubber strips caused by the shutdown can be prevented, and therefore the production efficiency of the rubber parts of the tires can be improved. A rubber strip supply unit is used for extruding the above mentioned rubber strips, and meanwhile is used for supplying the rubber strips. An application device is used to convey the rubber strips received from the rubber strip supply unit from a feeding roller on the front end side to a forming roller. The rubber strip supply unit is provided with a gear pump extrusion machine having a gear pump and an extrusion head having a pre-formed opening and a rolling roller unit in the front end. The application device is provided with a recycling unit, and when the rubber strips cannot be attached to the forming roller, the rubber strips sent by the feeding roller can fall down, and can be recycled by the recycling unit. |
