PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgery area securing device capable of stably securing a surgery area through a simple operation.SOLUTION: A surgery area securing device 10 comprises a body part 11 that includes plural wires arranged at intervals in order to form a truncated cone shape. The body part 11 has a maximum diameter that changes by applying force to the wires 14 and changing at least one of each attitude and each shape of the wires 14. When performing an endoscopic surgery, the device secures a surgery area by inserting the body part 11 into a body cavity in a state of reducing its diameter and then expanding the diameter of the body part 11 in the body cavity. |
