PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beating device having a structure suitable for increasing beating efficiency.SOLUTION: A beating device 1 accelerates the dissociation of a second material from a first material by beating a treatment object including the first material and the second material adhering to the first material and is provided with a rotary shaft 10 and a beating member 20. The rotary shaft 10 is rotatably disposed around a center axis. The beating member 20 is attached around the rotary shaft 10. The beating member 20 beats the treatment object while rotating together with the rotary shaft 10.
